Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Participating in international IT projects
- Organiszing facilitating and leading workshops and alignment meetingss with various internal and external stakeholders in a global and fast-moving paced environment
- Analysing business processes and advising the product owner on the resulting requirements
- Working hand in hand with the product owner to translate business requirements into specifications and user stories
- Assuming ownership for standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Working closely together with the entire product team to review and validate product increments from development to rollout
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase efficiency
- Driving and contributing to process optimisation initiatives at the product level in your area of responsibility
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- In-depth understanding of category and assortment planning processes including. financial planning activities
- Very good analytical and strategic skills; experience with requirement analysis
- Knowledge of requirement- gathering techniques such as user stories and use cases
- Experience working in an agile team
- Excellent communication skills in a target-group-oriented context and good intercultural awareness
- Experience working in an international project setting
- Self-driven work approach and leadership skills
- Professional proficiency in English
Desirable extras.
- Basic understanding of process optimisation
- Good knowledge of buying processes within a multicategory retail company (discount experience preferred)
