You are the interface between legal work and IT within the Legal Operations team. You will assist in standardising and optimising legal procedures automating recurring processes as well as preparing and visualising data obtained from available legal tech tools. Become part of our International IT Compliance department at ALDI DX and help shape global IT projects.
Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Modelling and automating processes
- Exporting and preparing data from tools such as ServiceNow
- Creating meaningful KPI dashboards
- Automating workflows and developing self-services using Microsoft Power Platform
- Team up with other departments to elevate processes to the next level
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Professional experience in the field of legal operations legal engineering business informatics business intelligence or data analytics
- An affinity for IT AI literacy and an understanding of the processes involved in a legal department or law firm
- Initiative creativity hands-on mentality and team spirit
- Knowledge of data analysis preparation and visualisation
- Experience in automating processes and using relevant tools
- Very good knowledge of English and basic knowledge of German
Desirable extras.
- Knowledge of other BI or legal tech tools is an advantage
- Experience with other automation technologies (e.g. RPA) is desirable
- Knowledge in working with programming languages such as JavaScript HTML and Python
