Steele Subaruis seeking a Service Videographer to join our team!
As a Service Videographerat Steele Subaru this dynamic role supports both the service and parts departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include documenting vehicle repairs through video to keep customers informed and engaged while also assisting with the efficient operation of the parts department through direct communication with customers suppliers and technicians.
Hourly Wage Range: $17.50-19.75 Plus Performance Bonus
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Capture precise high-quality video documentation of vehicle repairs.
- Clearly and professionally explain the technicians diagnosis and repair recommendations on video.
- Upload and send videos to clients promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Provide support across the service department as need
Requirements:
- Confidence in explaining service processes on camera (voice only).
- A keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy in all video documentation.
- Punctuality and reliabilitywe need someone we can count on!
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
