Job Description
Job Title: IAM Engineer (SailPoint IdentityIQ)
Experience: 7-10 years
Budget: 1.4 LPM
Employment Type: Contract (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop configure and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain lifecycle event workflows rules policies and connectors for integrations with various systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle processes provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Assist in identity governance activities including access reviews certification campaigns and role-based access control (RBAC) strategies.
- Collaborate with security compliance and business teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SailPoint implementations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design documents SOPs and user guides.
- Develop SailPoint plugins and menu links to enhance functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in IAM solutions specifically with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint development including workflow customization rules policies and API integrations.
- Expertise in provisioning deprovisioning and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience in access governance RBAC and compliance reporting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in identity management solutions.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java BeanShell or PowerShell.
- Experience with unit testing integration testing and UAT processes.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote or contract-based environment.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR SOX or HIPAA.
- Familiarity with other IAM tools and security frameworks.
