Work Hours (Client) : 9a - 5p EST
Pay Range : $1500 - $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

We re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the of strategic campaigns content development and client-focused experiences that drive engagement and brand growth.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who is detail-oriented creative and passionate about elevating brand experiences through thoughtful promotions and meaningful storytelling.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign & Content
- Write edit and proofread engaging content for email and social media campaigns web content (landing pages and more) for featured brands products services and sales initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital print email social trade shows and seasonal promotions aligned with campaign goals and the TPS brand.
- Build and deploy email campaigns using Mailchimp & NetSuite including audience segmentation and performance tracking.
- Assist in the development of client-facing materials and of promotional product/gifting campaigns from packaging and presentation to logistics coordination and performance management.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing internal teams and supplier-partners to develop custom collections landing pages seasonal gift guides and trend-based collections
- Provide tactical support to sales leadership for ongoing and seasonal initiatives
Digital Content & Social Media
- Assist in maintaining landing pages web content & SEO best practices for Google Bing and AI search engines.
- Create and schedule social media content across LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and other platforms aligned with campaign goals and the TPS brand.
- Edit and produce short-form video content (e.g. product highlights featured brands behind-the-scenes unboxings) for digital channels.
- Monitor trends and performance to optimize content strategy.
- Support digital advertising and paid social initiatives.
- Work closely with supplier-partners to gather assets and product information.
Executive Support (Approx. 15 of Role)
- Provide direct support to the CEO VP Sales Director of Sales & Director of Marketing on high-priority projects and special requests.
- Assist with research presentation development internal communications and creative tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 2-3 years of related experience
Industry: preferably B2B agency or promotional products industry
- 2 3 years of marketing experience (preferably B2B agency or promotional products industry)
- Strong writing editing and content creation skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut Premiere Rush etc.
- Organized proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines
- A collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
