The Opportunity
We are seeking a creative enthusiastic and detail-oriented communications professional to join the Research and Enterprise portfolio communications team at Monash University.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of communications projects - from senior executive communications to research news to content creation sharing the impact of our research for the betterment of people and the planet.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Communications you will work in a supportive busy and dynamic team across the activities of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Enterprise) Portfolio.
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Enterprise) portfolio is responsible for the development implementation and continuous improvement of the Universitys research and enterprise vision within the changing landscape of higher education.
Working within the portfolio you will also have the opportunity to work with research leaders and senior executives across high level strategic projects.
About You
Were looking for someone with:
Experience in communications with a strong writing background.
Passionate about research and science with a flair for translating complex information into compelling content across multiple platforms.
Strong attention to detail accuracy and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and diplomatically in a complex environment.
A relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience.
