Part Time Security Officer - Franklin MA
Shift: Part-Time Saturday & Sunday 12am-8am
Location: Franklin MA
Rate: $18.60 / hour
Securitas Security Services USA Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer to work at our client site in Franklin MA. As a Security Officer you will be responsible for protecting the premises assets and personnel by maintaining a safe and secure environment. This is a high-profile site where strong customer service and professionalism are essential.
Responsibilities:
Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access
Conduct regular patrols of buildings and grounds
Observe and report incidents hazards or suspicious activity
Enforce site-specific policies and procedures
Respond to emergencies alarms and incidents promptly and effectively
Provide excellent customer service to employees visitors and vendors
Operate and monitor security systems such as CCTV access control and alarm panels
Write accurate and detailed incident and shift reports
Collaborate with site management and emergency personnel as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends evenings and holidays if needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior security military or law enforcement experience preferred
CPR First Aid or other safety-related certifications
Familiarity with access control and surveillance systems
