Job Description

I have a client in the Tri-Cities Washington areathat is looking for an on-site full-time Mechanical Engineer to bring on long-term. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in this position please click apply now.

In this role you will be working with and familiarizing yourself with the companys sensor and test equipment products which includes working with scientific equipment intended for the Oil and Gas sector.

This position is a contract to possible permanent role that is a long-term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site. This company does not offer current or future sponsorship.

Must be W2 under contract. Cannot be Corp-to-Corp or 1099.

Pay: $35 - $45 / hr depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 6 years of experience in the industry
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • EIT or on the licensing pathway
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks
    • familiarity with SolidWorks extended features including PDM
  • Understanding of Fluid Dynamics and CFD with respect to mechanical systems and sensors
  • Understanding of FEA and its application
  • Familiarity with ANSYS
