University Home Care is seeking a Nurse Supervisor with a strong background in Quality Assurance for Home Health services.
Responsibilities
The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the QA Compliance and quality of care provided to patients in their homes. This includes conducting quality assurance checks coordinating with other healthcare professionals and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Requirements
- Must have a valid nursing license
- Prior experience in Home Health services
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance practices
