- Write and ship production code that has a meaningful user and business impact
- Envision build and analyze new features and tools each contributing to company growth and revenue
- Work with a small cross-functional team of engineers PMs designers content designers and researchers
- Partner with your team to set goals and timelines build the software go to user tests and carry the pager.
- Previous frontend Senior Software Engineer with a modern JavaScript framework such as React
- A strong focus on the user. You can gain empathy for the challenges of Social Media Marketers and understand how they may flow through our product.
- You not only get excited about big technical challenges but also about being very close to the business and our go-to-market strategies
- You work well in small teams with full ownership over their app
- Excited to join a super-smart driven and humble team
- Familiarity with Social Media Networks (IG FB Twitter LinkedIn YT TikTok)
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary on-target commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpots bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpots equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
