Design Within Reach is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our team and we want it to be you! Youll work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for filling customer orders accurately productively and safelyas well as upholding our high shipping standards. The schedule for this role consists of 4x10hr shifts. (This is a full-time position with the potential for overtime)

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Experience with cherry picker forklift is a plus
What youll do:
Youll have opportunities to improve processes foster teamwork while building relationships every day as you:
- Operate company equipment to pick accurately and promptly according to company documents
- Review documentation verifying accuracy to exceed customer satisfaction
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Adhere to quality and customer service standards established by the company while working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

This might be you if you have the following skills and abilities
- Previous warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 50 - 75 pounds
- Previous experience utilizing a forklift reach truck or pallet jack
- Possess a high regard for workplace safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Schedule flexibility to meet the demands of our clients which requires working after scheduled shifts and weekends
