Job Description
POOLED ASSISTANT ATHLETIC INSTRUCTOR POSITIONS : By applying to this pool you are submitting your application to be considered when the need for an Assistant Athletic Instructor arises. Your application will be kept on file and you will be contacted if a position becomes available that matches your skills and experience. You will be asked to answer a supplemental question which will indicate the sport you are applying to. You may withdraw your application from the pool at any time. This pool will be refreshed annually and candidates with continued interested will be required to reapply.

Duties
Assist in developing effective recruitment strategies managing an assigned recruiting territory following up on prospective student-athletes researching and targeting high schools to visit. The Assistant coach is responsible for managing a database of prospects and maintaining records of contacts. Other duties may be performed within the title of administrative work such as game management facility management fundraising resident hall supervision and Athletic department coordination with the resident halls.
