Position Overview:
As the General Manager youll be the driving force behind the success of your Lindora location. This is a sales-focused leadership role that blends community engagement team management and personal selling. Youll lead by exampleowning the daily sales pipeline generating & converting leads creating outreach and maintaining a warm supportive environment for every client who walks through the door.
Were looking for someone whos passionate about wellness excited to close sales develop community relationships and capable of building lasting client relationships that lead to real transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Performance: Make 50 outbound calls daily convert 25% plus leads into weight loss & wellness members monthly.
Lead by Example: Model sales best practices coach the team and ensure every client interaction reflects Lindoras standards of care and support.
Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with walk-ins phone leads and event attendees. Nurture clients through emotional decision-making moments.
Community Outreach & Lead Generation: Build brand awareness through grassroots marketing local partnerships and creative lead-gen initiatives resulting in 50 leads monthly.
Studio Operations: Oversee daily workflow client appointments and team schedules. Maintain a clean organized and inviting studio environment.
Team Leadership: Hire train and mentor a small team of wellness professionals. Foster a culture of accountability empathy and results.
Reporting & Goal Setting: Monitor KPIs sales targets and conversion metrics. Take immediate action when performance dips and celebrate wins with your team.

Qualifications:
3 years in a sales-driven role ideally in wellness fitness or client services
Strong phone sales closing and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling lead follow-up and in-person tours
Experience managing a small team and leading by example.
Passion for wellness and a genuine interest in client success
Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
Full-time availability including Saturdays.
