Commercial Roofing Project Manager
Location: Austin TX (Relocation Assistance Available)Own Complex Projects. Lead with Impact.

Your Mission:
- Oversee roofing and envelope projects ranging from $1M to $10M
- Manage safety scheduling budgets and subcontractors from start to finish
- Deliver work in occupied and secure environmentshospitals government sites schools
- Coordinate closely with clients vendors site supers and internal teams
- Troubleshoot issues drive solutions and keep projects moving efficiently
- Review outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5 years leading commercial roofing or envelope projects
- Expertise in TPO PVC EPDM Modified Bitumen metal systems and waterproofing
- Proficiency with tools like Procore The Edge and Microsoft Office
- Experience working in active facilitiessafety-first mindset a must
- OSHA 30 or 500 certified (EM 385 or LEED is a plus)
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree preferred
