5-DAY WORK WEEK (NO WEEKENDS!)- We believe in doing great work without burning out. Our schedule is Monday through Friday 8 to 5so your weekends are yours again. Time to recharge ride wrench on your own projects or just hang with family.
WE WILL KEEP YOU BUSY- We serve over 35000 loyal customers and perform 100120 cars/weekplus we run year-round marketing to keep cars (and income) flowing. No sitting around waiting for work. Youll stay productive dialed in and making money.
YOU WILL LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY (WE WILL PAY YOU TO LEARN)From Range Rovers to Porsches and everything in between youll see a wide variety of work that challenges you. We also cover ASE certification costs and Euro-specific training every quarter if you want to level up well help you get there.
YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED (OPEN DOOR POLICY)- Were family-owned and youll have a direct line to Andy he checks in weekly listens to your feedback and makes sure you have the tools time and team you need to thrive.
YOU WILL NOT BE MICROMANAGED- If you know what youre doing were not going to hover over your shoulder. We hire professionals and treat you like one. If you need something just ask. Otherwise Get in do great work and go home proud.
YOU WILL ALWAYS KNOW WHERE YOU STAND- No favoritism. No games. We hold weekly huddles and use a transparent workflow system where you can track your progress bonus potential and goals in real-time.
WE PROVIDE A SAFE AND PRODUCTIVE WORKING ENVIRONMENT- 10 clean well-lit bays dealer-level scan tools and a shop foreman who dispatches work by skill level so youre never set up to fail. Plus weve got A/C clean uniforms stocked fridges and weekly team lunches to keep the vibe strong.
