Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for loading and unloading merchandise from trucks and safely moving material within the warehouse by carrying lifting and safely operating hand trucks forklifts or other material handling equipment. The Warehouse/Stock Associate ensures jobs are staged and pulled prior to installation. The Warehouse Associate may call customers and delivery carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Help unload and load trucks in a safe manner
- Receive and sort
- Operate a forklift or pallet jack safely and efficiently
- Separate Special Orders from delivery and process according to store policy
- Help maintain strict organization in the backroom
- Ensure all inbound merchandise is checked in per store procedures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Always have a customer-first mentality
Qualifications:
- Willingness to gain a vast knowledge of consumable products
- Experience in a retail environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills high attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
- Able to walk reach climb ladders and bend to perform job duties
- Must be willing to work Saturday and Sunday
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently

Compensation: $13.75 - $14.50 per hour

We dont stop there we help find solutions to help customers build maintain and entertain where they live and to impact and grow the communities we serve.
We offer over 67000 items through our warehouse that can be shipped to your door or to our store! Other services provided are UPS shipping and drop off location key cutting glass cutting propane refills and delivery.

The children and the team enjoy the classroom visits by sharing a great story and conversation. These amazing children bless us beyond measures by showering us with thoughtful thank you cards and artwork. We love being in the classroom!

Its all hands on deck in the store or in the community. Our little family grew to five just after purchasing the business and couldnt be more excited to learn and grow together. For years Porter Cecily and Novah assist in the family business by sharing our story on KMZU and KRLI radio putting up the truck orders and assisting customers. In 2021 the Eiserer family grew to six with a second son Marlo.
