Job Description
We help hotels grow their revenue.
Our clients are global. So are our emails.
We send a lot of emails.
Newsletters. Campaigns. Follow-ups.
And we need someone who can actually land them in the inbox.
Not Promotions. Not Spam. Not maybe itll get there.
Inbox. Every. Time.
What Youll Do
- Build and manage multiple weekly email campaigns
- Handle large sends using Mailwizz PowerMTA or Postal (on our infrastructure)
- Keep our delivery rates high and our IPs clean
- Segment A/B test monitor tweak test again
- Work with our marketing team on content and strategy
- Solve problems before they become problems
You Should:
- Know how to run your own email stack (not just drag-and-drop in Mailchimp)
- Be obsessed with deliverability DNS settings warming up IPs bounce handling feedback loops
- Think in SPF DKIM and DMARC
- Be someone who enjoys finding and fixing issues - small or large
- Hate the idea of an easy day
- Be proactive independent and fast without shortcuts
- Have a track record: well want to see real experience

- Our lead gen strategy (which youll help shape)
