Salary: OTE 65000 per annum

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a successful and expanding estate agency based in Margate CT10.
This is a fantastic chance to work with an established branch team providing mortgage and protection advice to a broad range of clients. Youll benefit from a constant stream of warm leads and a trusted local reputation that drives business forward.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients
- Follow up on qualified leads generated by the agency branch
- Build lasting relationships with home buyers and existing clients
- Recommend suitable mortgage products based on client needs and affordability
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage regulations and lending criteria
- Meet performance targets while maintaining high compliance standards
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor (minimum 12 months preferred)
- Proven track record of writing business and hitting targets
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well-organised and self-motivated
- A professional and ethical approach to mortgage advice
- Knowledge of the Margate / Thanet property market is desirable
