The Brick is actively seeking to expand our management Team Lead - Fleet you will be reporting to the Fleet Manager. We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude!

Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest standard of in home delivery service is achieved
- Fleet functions and duties (such as dispatch customer service etc.)
- Recruit hire and develop staff through coaching goal setting and conducting performance appraisals
- Supervision of warehouse offload and cashing-in teams after deliveries
- Stock check and balance with receiving products
- Advise management or areas in which efficiency may be improved and take appropriate action
- Conduct driver load out and check in processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience in an in-home delivery/warehouse environment
- Valid Drivers License and abstract
- Knowledge of Operations - E1
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making ability
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 75 lbs
