Position Summary
The Coordinator Athletic Business Office is an administrative position that provides support for the daily operations of the Athletic Business Office. This position assists in budgeting financial reporting accounts payable payroll purchasing and compliance with related policies. The Athletic Business Office Coordinator works closely with coaches and staff to ensure smooth financial operations and supports strategic decision making by providing accurate and timely financial data.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree 1-2 years of athletics business administrative experience. Demonstrated skills using PC software applications such as Excel Word PowerPoint and the ability to use standard office equipment. Knowledge and experience in NCAA rules and compliance is required. Demonstrated knowledge of and adherence to NCAA and member conference rules and regulations. Demonstrated self-direction and motivation with the ability to work independently and work under pressure. Successful background check clearances including but not limited to a PA Criminal Records Check FBI Fingerprinting Check and PA Child Abuse Clearance Check. Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of La Salle University.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will possess excellent communication skills demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population experience in creating and implementing personal and professional development opportunities for coaches and student-athletes. Experience in higher education university advancement and financial planning and budget management.
