Job Description
A growing early childhood organization is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Intervention Director to lead and oversee its early intervention programs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the operations side of early childhood development special education or related services and is skilled in managing teams ensuring compliance and driving program quality.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee the daily operations of early intervention programs.
Manage and support therapists providers and administrative staff.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Coordinate services for children and families across programs.
Monitor program outcomes and implement strategies for improvement.
Build relationships with external partners and service providers.
Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure program excellence.
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience in early intervention early childhood education or special education services.
Strong background in operations compliance or program management.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build systems that support quality care.
Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with state regulations and early intervention service models.
