Habilitator
Unwavering Commitment! We are looking for you on our team.
In the Habilitatorpositions you are providing direct care services inNursing homes to adults and children withintellectualand developmental disabilities. Responsible for scheduling appointments transporting to appointments communicating with health care providers and their staff will maintain health related documentation and provide assistance to nursing staff.
This position requires daily travel in ones personal vehicle throughout Tarrant County
