Job Description
What skills and experience do you need
- Strong experience in ASB case management and court preparation including bundle assembly and confident advocacy.
- Ability to start immediately and manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
- Proven mediation skills to resolve neighbourhood conflicts effectively.
- Experience working in social housing and partnering with external agencies.
- Good IT skills including email Word Excel and presentations.
- Full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
What are the pay and benefits
- Salary: 37256 per annum (pro rata for fixed-term full-time role) for 37hours per week.
- 26 days holiday Bank Holidays increasing with length of service.
- Flexible blended working. The role primarily covers Newport and Caerphilly with occasional support needed in other areas including Swansea.
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile.
