Job Description
Your mission
- Conduct detailed financial modelling and valuation analyses for potential acquisitions and sale of solar PV projects.
- Prepare investment memoranda presentations and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in structuring project finance transactions including debt and equity financing tax structures and partnership arrangements.
- Perform due diligence and financial analysis to support asset acquisitions and sales.
- Monitor market trends regulatory developments and competitive dynamics within renewable energy and solar markets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering business development legal) and external stakeholders (banks investors advisors).
- Support negotiations and transactions related to the sale and purchase of solar PV assets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal financial tools models and processes.
Your profile
- Bachelors degree in finance Economics Business or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis renewable energy finance investment banking or related fields.
- Proficiency in financial modelling Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Strong analytical quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of renewable energy markets solar PV technologies and project finance structures preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
