Job Description
What you will do:
Were looking for a highly driven and passionate individual to join our Product Development team. In this role youll work closely with our Design and Merchandising teams to bring designs to life from initial concepts to prototypes in collaboration with our factories.
Youll support and track the critical path and development timeline working alongside our Product Development Lead to ensure every step of the journey runs smoothly. This includes participating in design meetings proto and sample reviews as well as factory visits.
Youll be part of an excellence-driven team connect with international colleagues and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas to help shape Aeydes next phase of growth.

- Support and work alongside our product developemt lead for footwear and accessoires.
- Help to keep the timeline of the critical path in close cooperation with the merchandising team.
- Translate design ideas into tech packs and update them thoughout the development stages.
- Liase with the suppliers to get the prototypes ready and ensure that all product is ready according to the critical path.
- Work closely with all team to communicate any updates / delays / changed on the development process that impact the crital path / timeline.
- Ensure the timeline and the quality are met according to company expectations.
- Work with our PLM system (Backbone).
- Liaising with Italian suppliers and Head Office team.
What you will bring:
- 2 years experience in product development or product management.
- Knowledge of the development process of any of the following categories (Footwear Accessoires or even Apparel).
- Interest for developing luxury products.
- You have good organization skills and excellent communication skills.
- Your are a multitasker and are able to adapt quikly.
- You are able to work independently with various stakeholders in the process.
- You are very hands-on and start-up driven.
- You come with a lot of drive and motivation to learn.
- Able to work from Berlin HQ and frequent travel to suppliers in Italy.
- Italian speaker.
