The Machinist II will perform all phases of manual machining and some CNC machining finishing and assembly in a job shop or high-volume applications. Processes components to meet print and/or geometric tolerance requirements. Responsible for the setup operation and maintenance of production machinery maintenance of proper documentation and support of the manufacturing engineering function.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED
Position will use machining and metal removal equipment which may include milling turning grinding and other methods and measuring instruments such as fixed gauges calipers and micrometers. Ability to utilize a telephone fax copier and desktop computer with typical business programs installed.

Must be capable of using a keyboard for computer purposes. The employee is required to go to all areas of the company. The employee may be required to periodically lift and/or move up to 80 lbs.
