Job Description
Cardinal Scientific is a fast paced engineering design and manufacturing firm focused on cutting edge rapid turn projects serving military government industrial and commercial clientele.
Cardinal Scientific has an immediate opportunity for Machinists / CNC Programmers. Ideal candidates must be mechanically creative and have imaginative problem solving skills and the ability to apply them in a product development environment. You will be required to plan and successfully produce parts from solid models drawings and sketches. Responsibilities include programming setup tooling specification and machine maintenance. Your ability to read drawings calculate dimensions offsets and maintain tolerances is crucial. Knowledge and experience with Visual Mill or GibbsCAM is a plus. Other skills such as welding fabrication metal forming etc. are highly desirable. Second and third shift opportunities are also possible.
