Seronda Networks is Hiring: Customer Service Representative (On-site)

Location: Dallas TX

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $37500 - $43500 per year

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our customers providing them with exceptional service and support. You will manage customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive experience for every client.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information order status and billing inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
  • Document all customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience ideally in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
