We are seeking an experienced and strategic Software Engineer to drive a high-impact digital transformation initiative supporting one of our Army customers. This role will lead the planning development and integration of advanced digital systems oversee a cross-functional team and align closely with cybersecurity and data governance standards. To thrive in this role you will use your strong organizational collaboration and communication skills to work in a highly cohesive team.
As the primary liaison between development teams leadership and oversight committees you will be responsible for managing project execution cost management schedules vendor relationships and system integration. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise agile project leadership and a deep understanding of government cybersecurity frameworks and data governance. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape the future of our digital ecosystem and ensure successful adoption of tools that support long-term operational efficiency compliance and innovation.
Required
- BS or BA degree
- Proven ability to manage budgets schedules and cross-functional teams.
- 5 years of experience in delivering DoD Hardware and Software solutions
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to research troubleshoot and determine solutions
- Some Travel
- Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance
Desired
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Git Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Project tools: MS Project Smartsheet Jira.
- Familiarity with APIs cloud services (AWS Azure) and data integration platforms.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and data governance best practices.
- Experience leading and collaborating with developers and testers
