Job Description
IMC is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the local recruitment operations team. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver a best in class recruiting experience for all candidates communicating professionally throughout the process
- Coordinate and manage phone video and onsite interviews for candidates with speed accuracy and efficiency
- Support other recruitment activities including job postings resume screening on-campus events in-office events and candidate expenses
- Maintain candidate status and distribute candidate evaluation forms in the applicant tracking system
- Engage with internal teams outside of HR as needed (office management facilities etc.)
- Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects as needed
Your Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a recruiting or administrative function
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime if needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree

The Base Salary range for the role is included below. Base salary is only one component of total compensation; all full-time permanent positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits including paid leave and visit Benefits - US IMC Trading for more comprehensive information.
