Job Title: Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager Location: Lexington KY Department: Accounting

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing daily accounting operations supporting the CFO and ensuring financial integrity across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
- Support monthly quarterly and annual close processes and financial reporting.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
- Analyze production costs and track cash flow activities.
- Supervise two direct reports handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls policies and external audit requirements.
- Contribute to financial reporting including balance sheets and income statements.
- Maintain accurate records and recommend improvements to accounting processes and systems.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field or 1015 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- At least 5 years in an accounting or financial role; manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables VLOOKUP) and ERP systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with regular computer use.
- Occasional overtime during peak financial periods.
- Must be able to lift to 20 pounds occasionally.
