Salary: $700 - $850 per week

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Assistant you will provide vital support to our executive team facilitating daily operations and ensuring that all tasks are handled efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings including arranging logistics and preparing materials
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing and data entry
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure follow-up on tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
