Why we need you
Were growing fast and looking for someone who can help us scale thoughtfully. As our Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer youll be the connective tissue across our recruiting efforts from sourcing high-potential candidates to upholding a seamless and professional candidate experience. Youll work closely with the hiring managers and interviewers to keep our processes efficient inclusive and human.
What youll do
Recruiting Coordination
Own the scheduling of all interviews
Ensure candidates have a smooth timely and engaging interview experience
Manage candidate tracking and status updates in our ATS (Ashby)
Support onboarding handoffs
Candidate Sourcing
Proactively source and engage passive talent across platforms like LinkedIn GitHub and other channels
Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles (e.g. Engineering GTM)
Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and sourcing strategies
Craft compelling outreach messages that reflect our brand and values
Must-have experience
2 years of experience in a recruiting coordination sourcing or talent operations role
Experience working at a startup or in a high-growth environment
Comfort sourcing and engaging passive candidates across platforms
Exposure to technical recruiting or understanding of technical roles
Excellent written communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with at least one ATS (e.g. Lever Greenhouse Ashby)
A proactive and detail-oriented working style; youre great at juggling multiple threads without dropping them
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with recruiting analytics or reporting
Interest in employer branding or candidate experience design
