Quality Product & Compliance Technician - Channelview TX

LOCATION: Channelview- Texas-USA

DEPARTMENT:QUALITY

Purpose:
Balance of technical expertise and administrative capabilities to ensure operational efficiency quality control and adherence to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Technical Qualifications: Develop and establish the technical qualifications required for the manufacturing process and manage the necessary product documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Customer Requirements: Work closely with the team to meet customer needs by reviewing documenting controlling and continuously updating procedures to align with their specifications and expectations.

  • Support Operational Efficiency: Provide both technical and administrative support to ensure the maintenance of quality standards and improve operational processes for maximum efficiency.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular reviews of operational procedures identifying areas for improvement and helping to implement effective solutions.

  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of product documentation technical qualifications and process updates in compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes.

  • Ability to manage documentation and follow through with process updates.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements and operational demands.
