Quality Product & Compliance Technician - Channelview TX
LOCATION: Channelview- Texas-USA
DEPARTMENT:QUALITY
Purpose:
Balance of technical expertise and administrative capabilities to ensure operational efficiency quality control and adherence to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Define Technical Qualifications: Develop and establish the technical qualifications required for the manufacturing process and manage the necessary product documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Customer Requirements: Work closely with the team to meet customer needs by reviewing documenting controlling and continuously updating procedures to align with their specifications and expectations.
Support Operational Efficiency: Provide both technical and administrative support to ensure the maintenance of quality standards and improve operational processes for maximum efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular reviews of operational procedures identifying areas for improvement and helping to implement effective solutions.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of product documentation technical qualifications and process updates in compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
Ability to manage documentation and follow through with process updates.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements and operational demands.
