Description of the role
University Home Care is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team in Livonia MI. As a Scheduler in our Home Care department you will be responsible for coordinating schedules for clients and caregivers ensuring timely and efficient services are provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage client schedules and caregiver assignments
- Communicate with clients and caregivers regarding schedule changes
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Scheduler in the Home Care industry at least 5 months
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
