Job Title: Onsite IT Support Associate
Location: Cleveland OH (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm & two days 10am-7pm (flexible late days excluding Mondays)
Pay Range:$20 - $32/hr.
Duration: 3-month contract with potential for extension or temp-to-hire


Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Onsite IT Support Associate to join a fast-paced and collaborative team environment. As the face of IT for the Cleveland office youll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues supporting new hires and maintaining IT systems and equipment onsite.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on technical support for internal users (on-site and remote via chat/ticketing system)
  • Perform setup configuration and maintenance of laptops desktops and peripherals
  • Handle new hire onboarding including laptop issuance and initial system setup
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software hardware and networking issues (including printers)
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
  • Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related concerns at the Cleveland location


Must-Have Skills:

  • 3 years of IT support experience including system imaging software installs and hardware replacements
  • 2 years of customer service experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of networking infrastructure and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with printer troubleshooting and maintenance


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with VPN and remote access tools
  • IT certifications or relevant degree (preferred but not required)
  • Experience supporting users in a corporate or large enterprise environment


Soft Skills:

  • Friendly approachable and professional demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ticket volumes


Additional Details:

  • Training Provided: 3-4 week shadowing and onboarding process with provided equipment
  • Interview Process: Two-round video interviews (camera on required) with panels of 1-3 people
  • Work Environment: Family-oriented collaborative and supportive team culture with fast-paced and calm days
