Operator Associate I HIRING IMMEDIATELY Mineral Wells WV
Available Shift
6:00am-6:00pm
2x2x3 schedule

- Starting pay rate from $16.80/hour-Paid Weekly!

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Ability to use measurement instruments to check work.
- Adjusts and notifies Tooling personnel the need for more complex machine adjustments.
- Removes parts from the press.
- Loads and removes inserts in the mold (change over) and inspects parts.
- Performs all duties of a Packer when necessary.
- Packs plastic containers and lids of various sizes into sleeves and boxes per packing specifications.
- Grinds scrap material out of sleeves when needed.
- Ability to accurately read and operate machines computer console.
- Responsible for the overall continuing manufacturing process.
- Set up and install mold bases.
- Completes all paperwork as required.
- Ability to use and understand Insight and Gainseeker.
- Responsible for hourly retain rack checks.
- Verifies the quality of the product and reports issues to QC.
- Housekeeping as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
