Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Edit Partner prebills.
- Compare draft bills to prebills to ensure accuracy.
- Finalize and send invoices to clients.
- Comply with special billing requests from attorneys and clients.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- General knowledge of accounting with ability to analyze and issue accurate invoices.
- Experience with Aderant billing software preferred.
- Courses in business or accounting are helpful.
- Must be efficient accurate timely flexible organized and have excellent attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Team-player and a positive attitude is a must.
- Must meet minimum testing requirements.
- Able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
Base salary for this position is $65000 to $85000 annually depending on qualifications and experience.
Status: Full time Non-Exempt
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Hybrid options available after probationary period. This position depends upon the ability of the employee to work closely with attorneys and staff members during regularly scheduled hours. This position requires the ability to work overtime which often cannot be predicted in advance.
