Job Description

Also you will make some great money. Starting at $16 per hour plus tips (Which average $3 for the year) for crew putting you at close to $19per hour.
Were now hiring shift leaders for Carpentersville location; we are looking for hard-working enthusiastic individuals who want to assist in leading a winning team at our Jersey Mikes store. If you enjoy working with people and love to learn new things we want you to help lead our team! Immediately placing strong applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Strong customer service skills
- Training and motivating team members
- Cashier monitoring - managing cash
- Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Have excellent communication skills management/leadership and organizational skills
- Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself
- Work closely with Store Manager to handle operations of store
- Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction
- Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of the restaurant
- Age requirement: 18 years of age or older
