Scheduling Specialist is where action meets purpose.
The Forensic Scheduling Specialist under the general supervision of the Office Manager provides clerical assistance and technical support to program staff. This role involves managing and organizing workflows related to the Jail Triage List patient records requests Prescriber Logs and EPIC Referral and Routine Baskets. The specialist ensures all follow-ups are scheduled as ordered by the Prescriber and handles customer service activities to facilitate and promote positive treatment outcomes.
Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma/GED
Experience: One (1) year Clerical Experience
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Drivers License
