Job Description
Come work for a civil engineering consulting firm that does it all! From fish hatcheries to bridges and even renewable energy - each project is new and exciting! Flux is conducting a talent search on behalf of our client for a direct-hire3D Measurement Division Survey Crew Chiefopportunity.
In this role youll be responsible for CAD Drafting estimating and budgeting performing calculations and preparing proposals. This position requires some managerial work when out in the field with technicians and other personnel. If you want to work with a tight-knit group then this is the opportunity for you!
What youll bring to the table:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in crew supervision construction layout client liaison field procedures for data collection calculations and layout detailed and legible note-keeping techniques and careful implementation of QA procedures;
- A genuine aptitude for geometry problem-solving and prior experience in precise surveying / measurement would be of great value. Some experience with AutoCAD would be valuable;
- Must have valid Oregon drivers license and be willing to travel occasionally;
- Candidate must be able to be badged for work at sensitive/secure sites (i.e. drug testing and background check);
- PLS is preferred
