Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience leading and scaling technical teams ideally in dynamic and fast-growing tech environments.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of software and system architecture scalability and modern organizational approaches like domain-driven design and continuous delivery.
Team Building: A proven ability to build strong teams recruit top talent and foster a culture of ownership and excellence.
Soft Skills and Values: Excellent communication skills the ability to inspire teams and a knack for fostering trust and collaboration. With empathy and decisiveness you drive innovation while keeping the big picture in focus.
Strategic Thinking: A strong understanding of the interplay between organization technology and product enabling you to develop sustainable scalable solutions.
Language Skills: Strong English skills are essential as our tech teams primarily communicate in English. Good German skills are a plus and will help you navigate the local context.
