Salary: OTE 50000 per annum

We are searching for a dynamic Estate Agency Branch Manager with excellent mentoring and management abilities strong instruction-winning skills and an in-depth knowledge of the Sevenoaks area.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Lead and motivate the branch team
- Carry out property valuations and win instructions
- Drive sales and lettings performance
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Ensure compliance and professional standards
- Manage daily branch operations
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in residential estate agency
- Previous role as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager
- Strong listing and valuation skills
- Excellent sales ability
- Effective team management experience
- High standard of customer service
- Full UK driving licence
- Local knowledge of Sevenoaks (preferred)
- Professional ambitious and articulate personality
