Aperu du poste:
Le Technicien en maintenance de btiment aussi appel linternetechnicienlectromcanicienfera partie de lquipe de la maintenance des installations pour assurer lentretien gnral de nos installations assurer la maintenance des quipements de production pour offrir un environnement de travail scuritaire. Les tches requises sont du dmontage rparation reconstruction test de systme avec des composantes lectriques et mcaniques.
Les candidats doivent tre prts travailler partir de nos installations de Masson-Angers et ne doivent pas avoir dempchement lgal lemploi.
Responsabilits:
- Responsable de remplir la documentation dentretien prventive et quotidienne ainsi que de la documentation lie aux exigences de Sant Canada concernant lindustrie du cannabis.
- Effectuer des travaux dentretien courant / prventif de rvision et de rparation du matriel de production de transformation et demballage selon les besoins;
- Travaillez avec des systmes automatiss des convoyeurs et du machinerie de productions (centrifugeuses broyeurs remplisseuses capsuleuse tiqueteuse conditionneuse emballeuse de paquets);
- Effectuer des interventions de dpannage rparer et / ou remplacer les pices mcaniques et lectrique;
- Travailler en troite collaboration avec les oprateurs en btiment pour les interventions de dpannage;
- Autres tches connexes requises ou assignes par le responsable des installations et le superviseur des installations.
Qualifications:
- Formation en mcanique industrielle plomberie chauffage lectricit ou autres formations jugs pertinente lemploi ;
- Certification licence C est un atout;
- Exprience des systmes pneumatiques et hydrauliques serait un atout;
- Connaissance en irrigation plomberie un atout.
- Toute exprience avec des chaudires CO2 et / ou vapeur haute pression serait un atout;
- Possder de lexprience dans un contexte manufacturier est un plus;
- Familier avec les BPF (bonnes pratiques de fabrication) un atout;
- Bilingue (franais et anglais) un atout;
- Exprience en mcanique connaissances et exprience de divers outils et machines de production est un atout;
- Formation et connaissances en intervention durgence un atout;
- Solides comptences en communication interpersonnelle pratiques de travail scuritaires et sensibilisation lenvironnement de travail;
- Permis de conduire de classe G valide;
- Capable daccomplir des travaux physiquement exigeants notamment soulever plier saccroupir se tenir debout et soulever jusqu 50 lb. sur une base rptitive;
- Formation sant et scurit et espace clos valide un atout;
- Exprience conduire un quipement de levage est un atout
- Capable dutiliser des outils main des outils lectriques des outils de mesure etc.;

Job Overview:
The building maintenance technician also known internally as electromechanical technician will be part of the facilities team to ensure the overall upkeep of our installations maintain production equipment processing equipment and ensure a safe work environment. Performing duties required in dismantling repairing rebuilding installing and testing electrical and mechanical systems and components.
Candidates must be able and willing to work from our Masson-Angers location and must not have a legal impediment to employment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completing daily maintenance documentation as well as documentation related to health Canada requirements concerning the cannabis industry;
- Perform routine/preventative maintenance overhauling & repairing of production processing and packaging equipment as needed;
- Work with automated systems conveyors and processing equipment (i.e. centrifuges mills fillers capper labeller case packer bundle wrapper);
- Troubleshoot repair and/or replace mechanical and electrical problems and/or parts;
- Work with machine operators on troubleshooting as well;
- Other related tasks as required or assigned by Facilities Manager and Facilities Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Industrial Mechanics plumbing. Heating electricity millwright or other training deemed relevant to the job;
- Having a 309A certification an asset;
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic system would be an asset;
- Any experience with high pressure CO2 and or steam boilers would be an asset;
- Some relevant industrial experience is a plus;
- Familiar with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) an asset;
- Bilingual (French and English) an asset;
- mechanical aptitude and knowledge and experience with various handheld tools and machinery is an asset;
- Ensure safe work practice including PPE fall arrest Confined Space and Lock Out Tag Out;
- Able to use hand tools power tools measurement;
- Programming PLCs and willing to learn an asset;
- Emergency response training and knowledge an asset;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and safe working practices and environmental awareness.
- Class G drivers license in good standing and safe driving habits.
- Able to complete physically demanding work including lifting bending crouching standing and lifting to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
- Experience operating lifting equipment is an asset
