We will count on you to:
Manage day to day client communications including answering in coming client questions / advice
Track all renewal and new business placements associated with Michael Johnsons book
Support renewal and new business submission building claims analysis and construction project tracking
Working with our centralized operations and finance teams by providing administrative support for incoming certificate requests pink cards policy invoices etc
What you need to have:
5 years commercial insurance experience
Chartered Insurance Professional designation
Post-Secondary Business diploma or bachelors degree
Strong organizational skills
Ability to support and work within a collaborative team environment
What makes you stand out:
Experience in Underwriting and Commercial Brokerage Services
Technical writing and research skills
Public speaking ability
