Schedule: Per-diem flexible schedule could include nights and weekends (NOTE: Shift differential available for some shifts)
Whats it like to work at PCHC Find out: of the position:
- Engages directly with individuals seeking residential housing services fostering a supportive community atmosphere and treating all humans with kindness dignity and respect.
- Is a good steward of confidentiality and discretion. Collects completes processes and files all applicable intake documents for tenants maintaining a thorough understanding of all necessary documentation.
- Assists tenants with reasonable requests and connects them to services and resources as appropriate.
- Provides consistent oversight of tenants addressing behavioral and/or safety concerns in alignment with policies. Responds to and manages crisis situations with established protocols prioritizing tenant safety and well-being.
- Performs basic housekeeping and additional support functions including but not limited to:
- Preparing rooms for new tenants
- Ensuring shared spaces are clean sanitary and well-maintained.
- Distributing meals to tenants ensuring timely service and equitable access.
- Collaborates to ensure services are mission-focused. Continuously looks to seek improvement and implement best practices.

Education and Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Experience and/or education in Mental Health or Chemical Dependency is preferred.
- Will have up-to-date training and certification in Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association American Red Cross or American Health & Safety Institute. Must obtain within 2 weeks if not current at hire.
