About the Role:
Were seeking someone who is not only experienced but deeply motivated to inspire guide and elevate the work of our team of talented educators. In this pivotal role youll work alongside our Centre Manager to:
Mentor lead and collaborate with our passionate team of educators
Drive the development implementation and review of our educational programs
Cultivate a high-quality learning environment that nurtures each childs potential
Encourage reflective practice inquiry and continuous improvement in pedagogy
Champion a culture of curiosity care and creativity in everything we do
The Educational Leader role is a key part of our leadership teamone that influences empowers and uplifts both children and educators alike.

About US
Buggles Brookfield Child Care and Kindergarten is conveniently located for families in Central Perth and surrounding areas. Our centre offers delightful indoor and outdoor play areas modern learning resources and a variety of activities.
- You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Childrens Services
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
