JOB TITLE:
SER Research Professional I - Petrophysics & Geologic Modeling
JOB PURPOSE:
Work under the guidance of SER Research Professional II or III Program Manager Center Director Senior Director of Research onapplied energy research to drive energy-related economic development for Wyoming.
This Research Professional I position will work under the guidance of senior research professionals and program managers at the Center for Economic Geology Research (CEGR) a Center of Excellence at the University of Wyomings School of Energy Resources (SER) on applied energy research. This position seeks a specialist in petrophysics and/or geologic modeling and is seeking candidates that have experience in carbon management and/or energy production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in relevant field (Physicist Geochemist Economist Data/GIS/Computer Science Visualization social sciences related to energy development geology reservoir petroleum engineering or similar field)
Valid drivers license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.
