Junior Workshop Manager
Salary: 35000 with an increase on completion of 6 month probation
Hours: 7am 5pm Monday Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays 7am 12pm

We are looking for a Junior Workshop Manager to join our Accident Repair Centre in Bristol Aztec Westwho has a passion for teamwork and productivity to support in leading a high-achieving Bodyshop. You will be trained on the job in all aspects of managing an accident repair centre. You will work efficiently in a modern fast-paced clean environment collaborating as a team player and consistently meeting tight deadlines.
We are creating the next generation of repair centres driven by a passion for service quality and customer focus and we want you to be a part of it!
This role will include but is not limited to:
- Work alongside the management team ensuring daily repair target is achieved.
- Ensure Halos repair process is being adhered to.
- Provide updates of repair stage of each vehicle as required.
- Manage stock levels and order parts required.
- Uphold Halo standards including cleanliness.
- Reporting to the Senior Bodyshop Manager at all times.
What are we looking for
- Some experience in an Accident Repair setting.
- A passion for teamwork and productivity to lead a high-achieving Bodyshop.
- A proactive approach staying one step ahead.
- A good level of IT on computer and smart phone usage.
- Self-motivated enthusiastic and organised with a keen eye for detail.
- A full Driving Licence.
