Description:
Are you analytical and a strong communicator Do you have a keen interest in the insurance industry Embark on a 9-month adventure with Chubb in Madrid!
In this temporary role you will provide Account Management Services to Global Accounts entering Chubb EMEA from our Worldwide Multinational network. You will be responsible for issuing and delivering policy documentation for renewals new business endorsements and associated administrative tasks ensuring adherence to Chubbs right first time principle with 100% data quality checks before issuance and booking.
This position also involves close collaboration with Global Service teams across the Chubb Global Network Underwriting Credit Control and other internal stakeholders as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all handled programmes and policy documentation are issued to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with Underwriters Clients Brokers Chubb Offices and other external parties become the main focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.
- Supporting Chubbs business development and client relationship activities.
- Account handling and supporting Global Client Service Executives and Underwriters on relevant account/activities.
- Assist where required with ongoing Projects that are identified throughout a given year for better improvement to the Global Services Department.
- Make sure that Chubbs Service Standards are met and if possible exceeded in the implementation of Global Programmes.
- To work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.
Qualifications
- Native/fluent level in Dutch is a must.
- Professional language skills in English.
- Previous experience in an underwriting support role is a plus.
- Insurance background is preferred.
- Competent in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Strong customer service skills and customer centric attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver and improve quality.
- Problem resolution and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.
